Farm Operator
As a Farm Operator, you will be caring for one of Singapore’s most advanced indoor farms. Your main goal will be to perform tasks to keep the farm in top condition.
- You will have to maintain good working discipline, adopt the defined standard farming processes, good teamwork with other department members.
- You must adhere to safe work practice and be mindful on our legal regulation requirement (eg. using the Personal Protection Equipment and following the Safe Work Procedure)
- You will be responsible for achieving timely delivery without compromising on the quality. At all times, you must ensure good housekeeping at the workplace and safe working condition / environment.
- You are required to keep the farm equipment in good operating condition with scheduled preventive maintenance. At times, you may be assigned to carry out other supporting work.
- Sanitation of farming equipment

- Primary/Secondary/NITEC education
- Those who are keen working in an indoor farm may apply
- Training will be provided to ensure that you are up to date with latest farming practices
- Possess fair command of both written and spoken English

Market Analyst (For Fresh Produce)
As a Market Analyst in the Farm Technology department, you will be blending historical data of crops, industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources and perform analysis to support the design, build and operations of farms.
- Support business intelligence aspects on the design, build and operations of farms.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, buyers, traders and distributors in the vegetable industry.
- Analyse multivariate data of different crops in the farming industry.
- Oversee the development of design and specification farm proposals including feasibility and functional studies.
- Develop roadmaps for optimising the BI analysis insights.
- Collaborate with project management, sales and technology departments to drive revenues.
- Degree in Agriculture or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in fresh produce/vegetable industry
- Skilled in collating and analysing data from different sources
- Have know-how on the operations of a farm not limited to planting & Harvesting but also ancillary jobs like warehousing & processing, Logistics, etc
- Understanding on how Logistics and Season cycles affect crops
- Experience with dealing with vegetable distributors
- Experience in negotiating with regional suppliers
- Willing to undertake short-term overseas deployments to client farm when necessary
Process & Systems Engineer
As a Process & Systems Engineer in the Farm Technology department, you will be supporting technological aspects of the consultancy, design, build and operations and urban farms, with a focus on farm operations, processes and systems. You will be collaborating with Archians in sales, project management, farm management and research & technology to deliver impactful agricultural solutions to our clients and partners.
- Support technological aspects on the design, build and operations of farms, with a focus on operations, processes and systems. Provide ground support at all stages of our solutions.
- Develop proposals for the deployment of farm solutions.
- Design and conduct experiments to test ideas and solutions.
- Develop novel farm solutions.
- Evaluate and build relationships with suppliers, advise and consult clients
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance of farms, farming operations and the entire value chain. Operational areas include farm production, nursery, seeding, transplanting, harvesting, packing, consumables, inventory, supply chain, deliveries, storage, logistics and maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement tools to enable operational excellence of farms (eg. FMEA, risk analysis, philosophy, people, process, method and tools).
- Degree/Masters in STEM or related field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a farm operations role
- Good scientific and/or engineering skills (literature review, hypothesis formulation, experiment design, data analysis)
- Excellent at integrating knowledge and skills from multiple domains to create solutions
- Able to understand and internalise technical knowledge

Sales Manager
We are looking for a proactive and independent individual to support our Head of Sales and Marketing in driving business growth. You will play a key role in identifying leads, managing client relationships, and closing B2B deals for Archisen’s farming systems and solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong initiative and interest in urban agriculture, agritech, or sustainability sectors.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities, especially in the urban farming and agritech space.
- Support the Head of Sales in all aspects of the sales cycle – including proposals, follow-ups, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare project sales quotations, respond to RFPs, and manage sales documentation.
- Follow up closely on inbound and outbound sales leads to ensure timely engagement and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate regular sales activity reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Technology, marketing, operations) to deliver customised solutions to clients.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, property owners, and government agencies.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, sustainability, or agritech industries.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and close deals independently.
- Prior experience in urban farming, indoor farming, or controlled environment agriculture will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of vertical farming systems, automation, or sustainable technologies will be an added advantage.

Senior Agronomist / Agronomist

This role is responsible for driving and managing sales for Archisen’s vegetable products. The candidate will provide leadership and direction to the team, aligning marketing and product development efforts with industry trends and executing them alongside the sales team.
Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, forecasting revenue, ensuring profit growth, and overseeing market analysis and pricing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer needs and market dynamics, enabling them to make data-driven decisions that drive business growth.
- Contribute to the overall strategy of Just Produce, supporting its long-term growth and positioning within the industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share, drive revenue, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Set and achieve revenue targets, manage budgets, and track key performance metrics.
- Provide leadership to the Sales team, implementing frameworks and processes such as the sales pipeline and pricing master list to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, pursue new sales prospects, negotiate deals, and maintain customer satisfaction.

- Support all technological aspects on the design, build and operations of farms. Provide ground support at all stages of our solutions.
